I can only say I feel ashamed that I couldn't concentrate on this single film like the yogis could ponder a single grain of rice. But I am happy that the director didn't hype anything up, and showed the relevance of keeping things simple, as "boring" as some may call it, that only strengthens the notion that we cant be content with simplicity and pure knowledge easily, being modern youth. Regarding cannabis, I believe it could definitely be a strong tool for us to use to help simplify our fast paced lives, tho there is no "point" to smoking it on a bored whim. It's a matter of maturity and discipline. All chemical changes activated by cannabis can easily be manifested by anyone even beginnin the pursuit of control there own conciousness. Simply think happy thoughts... but nothing "is"

Just a quick note, smoking cannabis helps concentrates your awareness on the ethical reality of nature, as opposed to the physical reality of it. Understanding ethics is what brings you the awareness of the spiritual reality. But this reality can only be understood upon meditation, by the overcoming of ones own moral dilemmas. Cannabis will be one of them, until it is accepted as a technique of meditation by the majority of the people you interact with. Unfortunately it is frowned upon by many.

ps interesting and kind of sad documentary!

I thought this was a beautiful documentary and I stumbled across it in perfect synchronicity with my own life, I'm going through a bit of an inner turmoil and letting my own materialistic worries and desires cloud my connection with the 'higher self' or whatever collective unconscious or whatever you want to call it, I found this very thought provoking and inspiring.

And to 'Moi', cannabis on it's own isn't an enlightening plant, but it has opened up new avenues of thought within my mind to allow me to question reality and ponder over abstract concepts, it's not an answer but possibly a vehicle to be used in finding the right questions?

With the nonsense and fear mongering of western civilizations, the true inner mysteries of existence are dismissed and when this spiritual guidance is needed more than ever to reconnect humanity to the whole, it is not relevant to the materialistic masses.

Viewing this very expressive and insightful visualization of yogis, I further become interested in discovering more spiritual facets to further develop myself personally in this lifetime.

What exactly does cannabis reveal? Ive been smoking it since i was 14, on a daily basis obviously with some breaks, I'm 24 today, and haven't gotten any profound deeply religious or spiritual revelations yet. Its cool enough to space out on, you know, sit and talk shit about so-called deep stuff, but the thing i noticed was that you never get to a final answer or a point, so its pretty much pointless. Good fun, but not useful for grand thoughts!

LSD on the other hand i have heard is good for thinking about topics in new ways, I've never tried it myself, so that might be true, but to say that cannabis is useful for that kinda stuff is just plain bullshit.

I wonder if the Illuminati via the invasion/occupation of Tibet, the Chinese government has finally taken "care" of the last mystic system which threatened to reveal who we actually are and undo Illuminati control of this world?
