This is all fairly accurate descriptions of the chakras and how the Kundalini rises, including the spiral and all. Basic research will prove it.

Watching this really does relax you! At uni, we were told from first year to check this out and to listening to the buddhist monks throat singing, because it improves your concentration and productivity. Have to say it’s helped me get some pretty awesome grades for exams and coursework!
