Quality improves toward the end, where the good bits are! Excellent info!

  3. Daniel Says:

What about learning to hypnotize yourself is that the same as deep meditation, or is it cheating so to speak?
    Interesting video

That was wonderful and intriguing! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Really enjoyed the information at the end about different forms of meditation and the ethereal body. More food for thought!

I’m currently using NLP for my ME though and I see it as a good thing – I’m unhypnotising my own mind out of negative behaviour patterns so I don’t like the negative associations the lecturer attaches to this very useful technique.

    Otherwise top notch!

I am sorry I got to reply to this, I Studied Hypnosis 3 years ago in London, Stage Hypnosis. This guy for some reason feels the need to attack stage hypnotists. what this guy talks about is 80% fact 20% scare tactics.
